Panadda started training in 2011 and is currently advanced brown belt (1st kyu). She also works behind the desk at Shiryodo Karate.
The training at Shiryodo Karate is a lot of fun. I enjoy the classes and the fitness that I am able to maintain doing them. There are lots of great people of all ages, this makes it a pleasant place to be.
Alex started training in 2013 and is currently advanced brown belt (1st kyu). He works as an assistant instructor at Shiryodo Karate mainly in the childrens classes.
I started karate to learn self defence and the way of compassion. I currently teach children four to fourteen years old. What I like about teaching is helping students to learn new techniques and how karate can help them with other things in life. My favourite experience in my karate journey was going to the WKO (World Kumite Organization) camp in April 2016. I went because want to learn more about karate and expand my knowledge.
